215 North Capitol Avenue. It's going to be for a 60-year-old Black male wearing a blue t-shirt and jeans and a 60-year-old Black female wearing a blue shirt and jeans. Caller's advising they refused to leave the property, became aggressive with the caller and are possibly intoxicated. They're homeless, need money for arrival to another city. They're requesting that you still check the area even though they left on foot and walked out because they keep coming back and forth to the business.
