Emergency Garner units in the area of Fayetteville and Pine Winds Drive, be on the lookout for a Hispanic male walking around with a possible AR-style rifle in his book bag. Caller stated that they saw him earlier this morning and then saw him again 20 minutes ago. Just wants Garner to be aware of the situation. Time is going to be 1202.
