DP said his boyfriend, male, Hispanic, 25, named in call, wearing all black, is outside, vandalizing informant's vehicle. DP popped the tires. Vehicle is a red Honda Civic, license plate of 9 Zebra King John 464. DP took off on foot in the desert. Popped the tires with a 417A that he threw down on the ground. Informant doesn't believe the DP has any other weapons. Tac is 60.
