11H. 53. 53, you can check a suspicious person, 5002 Allendale. It's a Hispanic male, 25 to 30 years old, skinny, multi-colored soccer shirt and blue jeans. Was last seen walking eastbound on Allendale, carrying a tarp. Caller believes there's someone inside the tarp, said it looked like it was moving.
