Alarm to companies en route, 3110 Heathstead Place, cross streets of Heath Valley Road, Heathridge Court, 16th still. Caller on site advised that some sort of incendiary device went off at the front door. Advised this is not the first time it's happened. Now, smoke filling the residence. There's no fire, no description on the subject, just that it came from a black SUV that left. You have police en route, no injuries, and the caller and everyone inside is outside of the residence. Got a private hydrant on scene. Alarm to Battalion 5, you want to keep it on Bravo or switch to Kilo? Kilo.
