At the Flint Cultural Center, 817 East Kerslie Street. You'll be checking across the street from that address in front of the McFarland House for a person laying in the parking lot. Correction on this. You'll be checking the address at the Flint Cultural Center in the parking lot for a female wearing dark clothing and pink shoes. Caller said they were laying in the parking lot. Didn't appear to be moving. Copy, we'll go check it out.
