390 David, 2605 West Carefree Highway, 35500 North. White male, 30s to 40s, tall, no shirt, no known weapons, appears very 390 in the driver's seat of a black truck with a covered plate. Finally stationary in the Guelph-Mont. Looks like he's yelling and screaming and the complainant doesn't want contact at 030 hours.
