President 1 to all units, prepare to copy a BOLO out of Northwest for a 211. President 1, continuing the BOLO for arm 211, occurred Parkway and Shaw, north of the canal. First suspect, a white male, 5'10", heavy build, tattoos on neck, of short hair. He was wearing red shirt, unknown pants, had a black handgun. DOT is southbound on Parkway on foot. Break. President 1, continuing. Second suspect is a Hispanic.

First suspect is a White male, adult, 5'10", heavy-build, tattooed on the neck of wrong stripes, short hair, red shirt, unknown pants, with a black handgun, DOT southbound Parkway on foot, break. Broadcasting further on the BOL. Second suspect is a Hispanic male, 5'10".
