It's a black Dodge Dakota V6 with the Florida tag Foxtrot, Foxtrot, Yankee, Yankee, 06. It's registered to a black Dodge Larry Elliott out of Largo. Unknown driver description. Complainant's concerned the driver may be code 2. Keeps drastically changing speeds and almost in a couple of vehicles. It's now gone into PCSO's jurisdiction. We're going to give the information over to them. Nothing further at 128.
