Area 3 units for road rage. It's westbound I-94 passing Barker. Westbound I-94 passing Barker. There was an orange car and a dark car. They were both trying to run each other off of the road. At one point, they had stopped on the interstate, and one subject got out, pointing his arm at another. Negative 10-32. The caller can now see the orange car again. It's an orange Infiniti that's speeding. It's doing at least 90.
