Radio 3, noise complaint, 2111 Jefferson Park Ave. Caller Sophie says there is, in the parking lot, there's a garbage can that is incessantly beeping. She's contacted apartment management and they haven't responded. She said she followed the sound previously and it is coming from a garbage can in the parking lot. She also wants a call back from officers.
