Priority 2 traffic hazard, 1516 Westwood Road. 1516 Westwood Road. Caller also advised there is a wire that's laying across the road going up into the trees and states that cars will have to drive in the middle of the road to drive around it. He wasn't sure if it was power line or not, but confirmed there was no arcing, sparking, or flames.
