8-6-3-4, we got a 911 call from an individual. The base 2 is plotting at the Sleep Inn and Suites at 1120 Park Street. There was a male talking about a barking dog and then a female driving the dog, and then he disconnected. He wasn't very coherent, wasn't able to say where he was. He did provide this location eventually, again, disconnected after not really responding to questions, and then there was no interim callback.
