He is breathing. They can see chest rise. He's unconscious at this time. According to the passerby, time of tone is 2204. Dispatch, Medic 411, we'll take Fairview and Michigan. 41 can stand down. We're en route. 411, actually, you can disregard. They woke him up. He was just sleeping. No longer requesting medics. Check.
