I got you for this larceny, 4401 Newbern Avenue, 4401 Newbern Avenue. It's going to be a white male, white shirt, black shorts, also armed with an ax. He is also with a black male food line shirt, blue jeans. Last seen going towards Joker, Smoker. The same swung an ax at the caller.
