911, no cause, a cop, 7631 West Layton Avenue. 911 caller wanted to report that a pickup truck was parked in a handicapped spot facing Layton with very bright lights. She stated that other subjects were blinded as they were coming in. The subject did end up leaving after she confronted him, and when I tried asking for her name, she got pretty belligerent with me and hung up.
