I have a theft complaint at Atwater, 4000 Northlake. Caller states a subject took a phone from a group on the beach, about 5-10 minutes. Male, white, wearing a black hoodie, short brown hair. Last seen going up the stairs to the top of the park. We're getting further. Hatchback 2.
