on Whittier Boulevard, male, Hispanic, adult in a gray Honda Civic, flashed a black 417 at informant 5 ago. DP's still in the vehicle, in the parking lot, unknown license plate. Possible two DPs, both with 417s. Again, tag 76. Any Aero unit, dispatcher 13 Pico, ray of 417 in 245, identify. Aero switching over. And Pico units, update, ray of that 417, informant hung up and is on co-op with the desk.
