Units to traffic, units taking a ticket to my stick, 7614 Marlborough Pike, 7614 Marlborough Pike, at the Citgo gas station. The female said she had someone in her vehicle refusing to get out. He's a Black male, 46, named Charles Kingsley. He's a guy on a black shirt, gray pants, and Coca-Cola flip-flops. And a black Nissan Altima at the gas station parking lot.
