The clerk is calling for a male, black, wearing a black shirt, jeans with gym shoes, who's claiming to be a city inspector. He showed a paper badge saying the city of Chicago, but the caller doesn't believe him and he's being hostile. After that, when you get back to the beat, there's a recovery.
