Central neighbor wanted us to be aware, there is a black vehicle speeding at Brighton and California, and it keeps going around the block a few times, just for everybody to be aware of. That's received, all units on the channel, be advised, just getting a report of a vehicle possibly speeding, black vehicle, no further description, area of Brighton and Woods Run.
