10-4, I have a 23 violent in yours, coming in at the Applebee's in Shirley. 855 Montauk Highway off of Oletta Place. It's a Hispanic male, dark hair. He has history of schizophrenia. Complainant's a mother, has not seen him in over a week. He's standing outside the aisle screaming.
