Complaintant's stating a small purple motorcycle occupied by two, driving northbound on 4060 West. Stating they are driving very fast. Driver's a 20-year-old white male, about 5'9", wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, black helmet. Passenger is a 20-year-old Hispanic male, about 5'8", medium build, light blue shirt, unknown pants. Attempt to locate reckless driving at 1823.
