All clear. RP sees a male party on the bridge, standing by the edge of the bridge looking down. RP is concerned for the party, wants to make sure he's not attempting to jump from the bridge. It'll be the overpass, 75 over Shaliford. Hispanic male wearing all black clothing. He's 73, 74.2, I'm clear.
