Can you give us a start for a disturbance at the Wawa, 3716 Washington Boulevard. 3716 Washington Boulevard, near the Beltway. Caller, Nicole, advises there's an intoxicated male in a vehicle. He will not get out. It's being inappropriate. Number one male, 63 years of age, black shirt, tan pants. Vehicle's a blue Subaru Forester.
