Sergeant 10 for code. 10-20. 10-20, this came in as a hazmat, 2303 Southwestern, 2303 Southwestern. Safety release springs are not on the pumps, so gas just keeps coming out and they're concerned. He's not on the scene anymore, has no callback number. It was a transfer from 311, did not want to speak with fire.
