Complainant was working at this location and asked someone to stop smoking. The female started harassing and following the complainant. Parties are separated. Female is going to be 45 years old, white, 5'3", skinny, wearing a pink shirt and colorful pants. For the complainant, she's a resident in the complex. Nothing further.
