Northeast units in the area of I-540, eastbound Capitol Boulevard, I-540, eastbound Capitol Boulevard, be on the lookout for a CNR driver. Be looking for a gray pickup truck with a shell over the bed of the truck, swerving all over the road and almost hitting the complainant. Also driving around 80 to 90 miles an hour. Unknown direction of travel, 30 can start us in, my time is 2006.
