Interbay Place, 2208 15 Avenue West. Staff were reporting that there were two residents that were physically fighting. Staff also reported the victim was punched several times. We screened fire. They declined to respond. The suspect was a Blessing Johnson, black male, 23, 5'6", thin-build. He was wearing a black mask, a red puffy vest, a black hoodie, and blue jeans. 2208 15 Avenue West.
