Marshall Avenue and Raven Drive. Marshall Avenue, Raven Drive. There's a white male in a yellow shirt and camo pants walking up and down Marshall Avenue, yelling something about bringing the little boy back. He does have something under the front of his shirt, unknown what it is, and has a bicycle with him, but is not riding it at this time.
