1. Queen 33. We have 428 West Lake Avenue North. The transfer back from fire for a male seen in a wheelchair. He was non-responsive, possibly sleeping. He did have pepper spray around his neck. Security just went and checked up on him around 5 minutes ago. He's declining medical assistance, but security still thinks a welfare check is needed. 428 West Lake Avenue North, in the alley for the Amazon Gatsby.
