Described as a black male, 50s, 6 foot tall, thin-build, wearing a blue beanie, black face mask, red and black scarf, with a green sounder shirt, black pants, white shoes. He has a black backpack and a white canvas VCU bag with red handles on it. Last seen westbound on Mercer from 531 Queen Anne Avenue North, CVS.
