103. 103, I have a hit-and-run, Emmett Street North at University Avenue. It's going to be a vehicle versus a bicycle. Caller is the bicycle operator. Correction, advising that a black Kia left heading northbound. It's going to be a black Kia sedan. For general registration, Tango, Delta, Tango, 3996 struck the bicycle and then left. It should be operated by a white female, about 35 years of age. The caller will be standing by on the sidewalk.
