Can you check the area of Hazemill and Cottage Hill? Hazemill and Cottage Hill. Got a concern for welfare of a Black male, unknown clothing description, driving an electric wheelchair in the right lane. Had two different callers, one advising. We had one caller advising he was going towards Walmart on Hazemill and another saying he was going towards the Bypass, so we're not sure his DOT.
