814 South Penn, family dowler. Had two females stole some beer. Black female, 20-years-old, wearing all black with a hat. Second black female, 20-years-old, also wearing all black. They left on foot towards Ridgeford Apartments. No weapons seen. They went and talked to 3500. I'll get you back as soon as one clears.In St. Maguire Park.
