Miami, take a vehicle blocking at 2748 North 47th Ave, 2748 North 47th Avenue. Caller states there's a black SUV, has been parked there in the same place for several weeks. Caller states she sees people in the car, worried they might be leaving, living in there. Caller just left and is advising that the people in the vehicle are going through bins of clothes. No weapons, drinking, drugs seen. Caller is no longer on location. The vehicle is a yellow tag on the 25th.
