President of the broadcast unit, see, zero priority, all info's through, Clovis PD advised at Willow and Barstow on the city side, there was an electric bike that crashed due to having a medical emergency for the rider of that e-bike. And CPD is asking for us out there. Male is being transported. 403, was this a dupe to the fire call? Time check.
