Getting en route, disturbance in progress in the alley behind 1315 F Frank. Gotten one call from a neighbor saying a 40-year-old black male who's tall, wearing all black clothing, is COVID-19, yelling and threatening to fight people. Apparently he's broken a candle or something of the like and has broken glass on him in the alley behind 1315 F Frank.
