Can you check in the area, 30890 Kilgore? 30890 Kilgore. Caller said about 20 minutes ago there was a young Black male in the area soliciting candy. Said it was from Westlake High School. He then met up with two of his friends in the cul-de-sac and they left the area. The caller thought it was suspicious. Again, this is about 25 minutes old.
