That is Union Hills and I-17
we had to swerve away from the truck when it was sitting with its hazards. i literally told my mom that a car is gonna hit that truck as i was looking in the rear view and watched the suv hit the truck and everything go up in flames. instantly called 911 at 1:01 pm.
Passed right by the truck on fire. You could feel the heat from 2 lanes away, crazy!!!
