Available to see units, respond for a possible man down, 401 Pintail Drive. One caller only advising that there is a transient laying on the sidewalk, unknown if breathing. They did advise that it looks like they are turning purple and they watched them fall backwards onto their back. They're going to be laying next to a shopping cart. 401 Pintail Drive.
