Attention all units on channel, special attention, 1st Division Beat 3, report of a reckless driver in the area of the Clark Memorial Bridge. It's a white Jeep with rhinestones on it, license plate Lincoln 5 X-ray 748 with one southbound on the bridge all over the roadway at 1512.
