Headquarters command band unit, the 5th precinct, number 5, a 109, Doane Avenue and Montauk Highway in Bellport. There is only a male lying in the ground, not moving. Black male, black shirt, white shorts. Complainant requested an interview, then states the subject got up and is walking southbound. Montauk Highway appears to be agitated. Tender notification, 1355.
