The complainant, Morgan Tremand, is going to be a realtor that represents this property. They just received a call from a neighbor advising that somebody is currently in this property right now. This property is vacant. No one lives here and is possibly squatting inside the property. Neighbor is advising the subject comes in and out from the back door. Complainant's not entirely sure if that subject is here now. The complainant is advising that the owner lives... out of state and are residing in Iowa at this time. The name of the owner is going to be a Linda. Her 88 is going to be in the notes.
