82 Montgomery Street. Caller states there was a child wandering around outside and crying, seemed to be in distress. They believed the parent was on scene but couldn't confirm. They then observed the child being brought into the this home address by a party. They are taking a wellness check on the child just to ensure it was the parent that brought them in and confirmed the child as well.
