Can you respond over to number 5 Green Street for a loose dog complaint? Call states the neighbor's dog repeatedly running out, going into her yard. Neighbor has no control over it. Doesn't appear to be aggressive right now, but it is a large dog, a husky style, possibly an Akita. Just use caution with them.
