327 Riverside Drive off of Lake Haven Drive. Advising that the neighbor has built a fence in the roadway. Advising the actual roadway itself is not the neighbor's. RP wants to make a report in reference to the same. The RP's trying to get her medical supplies delivered to her, and the delivery drivers cannot get down the roadway due to the neighbor building a fence across the roadway. 53 County, you can put me on that.
