It's in the area of the Speedway, 3000 Carpenter Road for a black Dodge Durango, Michigan plate, 6 Paul Frank Lincoln 44, occupied by an unknown male, appeared to be intoxicated while at the gas station. He's wearing a sleeveless shirt, was being disorderly with a female. Vehicle was last seen northbound on Carpenter from that location. Metro's clear at 1220.
