49, it's going to be 11th and Niagara Ave for the ATV. Complainant states there's two juveniles between 9 and 11, riding four-wheelers in an empty lot in the corner. Says the juveniles are too young and they're having trouble doing so. One of the two is almost falling off. Again, 11th and Niagara. Priority alarm, code 2. Copy.
