774, I have a missing person adult at 830 East Walnut Street at the Walnut Apartments. It's going to be an apartment B as in boy. Caller's 71-year-old brother got up in the middle of the night and left on a walker from north side. A Clarence Humphrey Jr., white male, white shirt and jeans, has no phone. He has a walker with a seat and handbrakes. He does have memory issues.
